Week 4: Thursday Prayer Meeting

What are we thankful for?…
God provides in every way and He is worthy to be praised and thanked
God knows the desires of our hearts and that in Him we lack nothing
God is just and he does not forget our work and labor, but He gives us hope, grace, and promises that never fail even with our own failure
God restores us in faith, love and who we were meant to be; He made us beautiful
God is a God of right now! Everyday He is with us and He doesn’t forget about us; He wants to be in a relationship with us
God cares about the whole world!
God brings us back from the dry times and invites us into communion with Him through His son Jesus Christ!
For what God has accomplished this year, for what He has planned for the future, all the plans and excitement He has prepared for the leaders on campus next year
God is faithful!
That God is for us and He is fighting for us, that He doesn’t want us to suffer, but to experience joy!
For the people that God has placed in our lives that do not know Him.
That we don’t have to worry about tomorrow because God is our shepherd and He will provide for us, He loves us.
We pray for boldness for Jesus!
We pray for InterVarsity for the years to come that we can create a space for every person in our community where it is OK to come as we are and not hide so that God can meet us in truth. That we create a community of love and understanding and that we do not ignore anyone’s struggles including the ones that the christian community calls taboo.
